The Primus OmniFuel Titanium is based on the success of the Primus OmniFuel stove which was among the first stoves to run on most liquid fuels as well as LP gas (liquified petroleum). The OmniFuel stove was originally developed for Swedish climber Goran Kropp & his 1996 successful ascent of Mt. Everest.

The stove is one of the most powerful of its kind available, with a very precise burner control for exceptional simmering. Add the folding legs that provide a broad cooking platform & outstanding stability, and you have just about everything a hiker or professional adventurer could ask for.
But Primus decided to take it all one step further, and built this Limited Edition titanium version of the OmniFuel stove. With a weight of only 399 grams (including the Primus ErgoPump!), it ranks as the lightest multifuel stove on the planet.
The list of acceptable fuels is long, and ensures that you can find a source just about anywhere in the world. Fuels such as: white gas, petrol (gasoline), kerosene (paraffine), diesel, aviation fuel, & butane/propane mixtures.
In temperate conditions, 8000 BTU output boils one litre of water in 3.5 minutes using LPG and white gas. 4.5 minutes using kerosene. Burn time is 150 minutes with a 650ml bottle.

A little Primus history...
On May 29, 1953, Sir Edmund Hillary & Tenzing Norgay achieved one of mankind's greatest feats, reaching the summit of Mount Everest, the world's highest mountain at a height of 8,848 meters above sea level.
